APRICOT CHICKEN - Slow Cooker

APRICOT CHICKEN

500-600g chicken (either breasts or thighs)
1 tin apricot nectar (440ml)
2/3 of a packet of french onion soup
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tin apricots drained (440ml)

Chop up chicken into the size pieces you prefer (chunks or strips). Then throw everything into the slow cooker and stir so it is well mixed. Cook on low heat for about 8 hours.
