Gingerbread
1/2 c. butter 1 c sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. Golden syrup
2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. bicarb soda
1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. hot water
1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. ginger
Combine all ingredients. Bake cake at 175
degrees. Bake cake and let cool. SO EASY!!
